How are OUT OF COLOURS products different from other beauty brands?

Can I visit a OUT OF COLOURS store?
We welcome you to experience our Colour Mixing Lipstick experience where you can customise your unique shade with our Colour specialist! We also sell a variety of color cosmetics in store.
Can I collect my online purchase in store?
For domestic orders, we welcome you to pick up your goodies in store.
Will there be COVID-19 precautions at your stores?
The well-being of our customers and team is our top priority and we will be implementing COVID-19 procedures, like increased sanitation and strict capacity limitations and distancing, to ensure our stores are safe.

Where are your ingredients from?
We source it from the best raw material suppliers around the world such as Sophim (France) and Vitae Natural (AU). SheerAir is our natural selection texture. Ingredients we source are from COSMOS grade and ECOCERT grade natural farm, which are committed to promoting environmentally and socially responsible activities.
Are you cruelty free? Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We do not test any of our ingredients or finished products on animals. We are committed to being cruelty free.
Are your lipsticks safe? Are your lipsticks gluten free?
Our lipstick formula has passed the toxicity test of Vitargent Biotechnology using zebrafish embryo and medaka for testing. It shows that our lipstick is free of acute toxicity, chronic toxicity and estrogen. Our lipsticks are also gluten free.
Are your lipsticks organic?
Our lipsticks contain organic ingredients such as Shea Butter. With huge selection of colours, our lipsticks cannot be 100% organic.
What are the expiry date of your lipstick products?
Our Lip Couture and Lip Hero collections expire in 12 months once it's opened. Lip Liquid and Lip Oil collections expire in 18 months once it's opened.
Are your lipsticks safe during pregnancy?
We recommend our customers to choose SheerAir texture during pregnancy. Natural ingredients such as squalene, vitamin E, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil are used in SheerAir texture. Ingredients are sourced from COSMOS grade and ECOCERT grade natural farm.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of OUT OF COLOURS products is only for your personal use. By purchasing OUT OF COLOURS products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
